Hi, my name is Erik and this website introduces you to my work.

I live with Madelon and our three children Madeleine (12), Zomer (10) and Miro (7) in Bloemendaal (near Amsterdam) in The Netherlands.

My greatest professional joy is to work with individuals and groups on complex challenges to create break through results that last.

I research, teach and venture. Next to my work at Nyenrode Business University, I contribute in various roles to a variety of organisations and ventures.  

The areas that I cover and integrate are: participative strategy development, organisational innovation, implementation & change. My specialisation is organisational transformation.

In everything I undertake I am driven by my vision on how modern organisations can unleash their full potential.

An important key to my success is to connect the formal and the informal organisation in a way that untapped energy is released.
